Ariel Khadr

Ariel Khadr, sponsored model and IFBB Fitness Pro competitor, is an athlete who competes. At the age of 16, she started competing in fitness competitions after quitting gymnastics. When she was 17 she was awarded her professional card only one year after. Ariel Khadr is an IFBB Fitness Pro competitor model as well as a sponsored athlete. She first began to participate in fitness competitions after quitting her gymnastics career from childhood. After only one year, she earned her Professional Card when she was 17. She was the most youthful IFBB Pro ever. When she was awarded her Pro Card Ariel left for six years from the show to pursue her education at college. In 2015, she returned to the stage and competed in high-level contests like Mr. Olympia and Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest lasted for several years following her debut, setting herself higher goals each year. At the close of 2009, she was awarded four additional health titles. Also, she became one of the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro of all time (age 17) by winning the 2009 NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Championship. Ariel Ariel Ariel was able to take an absence of six years from competitive sports following her professional card's issuance to complete her college degree. Then she returned in October of 2015, with her debut IFBB Fitness Pro in the 2015 Phoenix Europa Games. In the end, she was 3rd overall at the event. She took home the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow in the summer of 2016, and then qualified for Fitness Olympia. In three months she competed onstage at the Olympia and took 6th in her Fitness Division. Ariel, who had absolutely zero expectations prior to the event she was thrilled with the result. Given that she competed against the best of the best. Ariel is always improving each year. Ariel is a fan of working her back. She usually does bent over rows, single-arm lats pull-downs (on the machine), pull-ups and seated rowing. First, she warms up prior to moving onto work out sets. Ariel also Ariel prefers to utilize her time as efficiently as feasible. Ariel does so by doing supersettings to all her exercises in the back. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
